Short Bio
Rupali is award winning floral artist and designer, she has been interested in flowers since childhood, after getting her degree in Interior Design, Rupali was introduced to floral designing at Oakland College, London. She has advanced training with Gregor Lersch in Germany and has published her designs in International Floral Art book, Florists Review, Flowers&, Fusion Flowers and NACRE magazine. She has won many awards, recently in 2018 she received top 5 placement in Flowers World Barcelona International Cup 2018 “Mercabarna Flor Cup” and was featured as a fabulous florist on “flower power daily” in 2020.
Creativity is within her, being an interior designer, she loves aesthetics and design. Rupali loves to work with innovative ideas and concepts and likes abstract, modern, clean and simple designs, simply “less is more” for her. Architecture, fashion, photography, music, cooking, and nature inspire her, infusing imagination into her art. In 2015 she was inducted in AIFD, and was the first Asian Indian woman to be inducted. She has designed large installations in Philadelphia Flower show on AIFD designing team as a designer. Rupali does floral art for art sake, high-end events, interior design, artistic bridal bouquet, art exhibitions, floral fashion and photography.
